Today we’re welcoming K1 Kitesurfing School in Muine (Vietnam) as our newest Sustainable Partner. They teach kitesurfing on a coastline in Vietnam where beaches too often end up in horrible condition—plastic waste, discarded nets, and everyday trash piling up on the sand. This announcement is about them and the steady work they already do to keep their stretch of shore usable for the community, students, and travelers.
Our agreement is simple and public: we trade online ad placement on Guides & Stories for a clear, ongoing deed — a weekly beach-cleanup program. They’ve been doing this from the start; together we’re making it more regular, better resourced, and more visible. K1 will lead cleanups every week, and share short updates to encourage other travel related businesses around the world to join.
If you’re heading to Muine, consider booking a lesson with K1 Kitesurfing and showing up for the next cleanup. Small, consistent actions matter most on beaches under pressure. We’re proud to stand behind a local operator proving sustainability with work on the sand, not words.
Welcome to the partnership, K1 team.
